We're building a creative space in midtown Tulsa and we can't do it without the right people. If you're passionate about teaching or sharing your skills, we want to hear from you.

Why work with Firefly?

Teachers can expect to earn $50–$125 per class depending on specialty and enrollment. You'll make at least $75/night for leading a Workshop or Craft Night, and a 70/30 revenue split for Guest Artist Workshops.

We're also invested in you beyond the classroom. We can help you market yourself to buyers, build a website, and get you featured on our socials. Sound like your kind of gig? Apply below.

Community

Teaching at Firefly means joining a creative community. You'll work alongside other artists, build relationships with students, and help shape what a creative space can look like in Tulsa.

Teaching at Firefly comes with more than a paycheck. Our team has experience helping artists build real businesses - from setting up an LLC to building a website to pricing your work. We want to see you thrive.

Connection

Teaching here puts you in front of students, fellow artists, and potential customers. Display and sell your work at Firefly, take classes, meet makers, and keep doing what you love.

Weekly Classes
We're building a roster of weekly instructors across all of our disciplines. Most classes run evenings and weekends, with daytime availability needed for our homeschool program. If you already have students who'd follow you here, even better - bring six or more and we'll build a class around you.

Lead one of our in-house workshops - date night wheel throwing, drawing, painting, and more. You bring the expertise, we handle everything else.

Lead a Firefly Craft Night - a casual, social, guided maker evening for adults. Low pressure, high energy.

Have a skill you want to share with Tulsa? Run your own workshop under the Firefly roof.

You bring the instruction and expertise - we provide the space, the students, and the marketing. We work on a 70/30 revenue split. Doesn't matter if you're an established artist or just getting started - we want to hear from you.
